Real-time data collection & Analytics Platform

An aircraft turnaround is complex and involves numerous stakeholders, including the airline, handlers and the airport. It remains very inefficient today, with: unadapted communication tools, untracked critical milestones, data silos.

With air traffic set to double in the next 15 years, and infrastructures already saturated, operations need to become more efficient in order to absorb this growth.

At Tarmac Technologies, we are bringing all stakeholders together to monitor operations, improve collaboration and therefore optimize operations.

Ux Design

The Tarmac software is very complex to study because there are 5 different types of users. All of them must use the same platform but have different functionalities.

The Dispatcher

Its role is to dispatch the teams according to the flights. He has to coordinate everyone simply and quickly.

Leader Agent
& Gate lead

Its role is to dispatch the teams according to the flights. He has to coordinate everyone simply and quickly.

Flight Supervisor
& Gate Lead

They need to know on which plane they have to intervene and know in real time the progress of the other teams.

UI

The interface must be contrasted because the application must be easy to use on the tarmac of an airport, whatever the weather conditions.
The style chosen is professional (BtoB).
